湖北军合胜化学有限公司坐落于汉光武帝刘秀的故里、航天员聂海胜的家乡--湖北省襄阳市枣阳市。枣阳西临历史名城襄阳，距襄阳机场30分钟车程，东西通福银高速、南北通枣潜、麻竹高速，316国道穿境而过。交通四通八达，很便利。

　　公司成立于2018年11月，公司现有员工45余人，其中各类技术人员12人，高等技术人员5人，专家3人。可年生产各类胶乳100000吨，其中丁腈胶乳60000余吨，粉末丁腈橡胶4000吨及丁苯胶乳40000吨。胶乳和胶粉有多个品种，“翔瀚”牌产品畅销全国各地，并远销欧美、非洲、东南亚等多个国家和地区，2021年公司在枣阳化工园区新征地80多亩，计划投资2亿元，成立ABS高胶粉项目，建成后年产能60000余吨，是国内较大的ABS生产基地。

　　公司建成后拥有多套全自动控制生产线，是目前国内先进的生产控制系统。生产过程中的温度、压力、进料速度、精度等全部通过精密仪表及计算机进行控制与监测，从工艺上确保了产品的稳定与优良。
